WEBSITE PRIVACY POLICY
EFFECTIVE 7 NOVEMBER 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Get On All Floors collects, uses and protects personal information received through this website.
1. Who We Are
Get On All Floors is a UK-based commercial and specialist flooring installation business. The data controller is Dan Newton, trading as Get On All Floors, a sole trader based in Northamptonshire, England. Privacy enquiries can be sent to info@getonallfloorsltd.co.uk.
2. Information We Collect
When you make a website enquiry we collect the details you supply: name, company name (optional), email address, telephone number, project location, flooring installation requirements, proposed project dates (optional), and any additional information (optional). We may also process information necessary to operate and secure the website and enquiry service. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in the enquiry form.
3. Why We Use Your Information
We use enquiry information to respond, understand your project, discuss installation requirements, prepare quotes where appropriate, communicate with potential clients and contractors, administer business records and protect the website. We do not use submitted project enquiries for unrelated advertising or newsletter marketing.
4. Lawful Bases
For enquiries from prospective business customers and contractors, our lawful basis is legitimate interests: communicating about suitable flooring projects and managing potential business relationships. Where you personally ask us to take steps towards a contract with you, we may rely on the steps-before-a-contract basis. We may also process or retain relevant information to comply with legal obligations. We consider the impact of our legitimate interests on individual privacy rights.
5. Wix Forms, Email and Access
Wix Forms collects submissions and stores enquiry records on our Wix site. Wix can send a submission notification to our business email mailbox. The information is used by authorised business representatives responsible for enquiries, including Dan Newton and Charmaine. We restrict access to people who need it for business purposes.
6. Providers and Disclosure
Wix supplies the website and forms infrastructure, and our email provider supplies business correspondence services. Both may process personal information to deliver those services. We may disclose information where required by law. We do not sell your personal information. If further sharing with project contractors becomes necessary, we will assess it and update this notice as appropriate. The website loads Oxanium and Montserrat fonts through Google Fonts. To deliver these fonts, your browser connects to Google font servers and may share technical information including your IP address.
7. Retention
We aim to retain inactive, unsuccessful or unanswered website enquiries for no more than 12 months. If an enquiry progresses into a contract, quotation dispute, accounting record or legal matter, relevant information may need to be kept for a different period. We periodically review enquiries and securely delete information when no longer needed.
8. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Wix uses two session cookies, client-session-bind and server-session-bind, to protect requests to its services. Wix may also use the session cookie sec-fetch-unsupported if a browser does not support certain security features.
On the Contact page, Wix Forms uses a temporary access token to load the enquiry form and authorise submission. The form keeps the token in page memory. It is cleared when the page is reloaded or closed and is not saved in cookies or persistent browser storage.
This website does not use optional analytics or advertising cookies or similar tracking technologies.
9. International Data Transfers
Wix states that it processes personal information through Wix.com Ltd in Israel and may use Wix group companies and sub-processors in other countries. Wix states that appropriate contractual protections and safeguards apply to relevant transfers. Information about our business email provider’s international processing arrangements is being verified; please contact us for further details.
10. Your Data Protection Rights
Subject to applicable circumstances and legal exceptions, you can request access to personal information, correction, erasure, restriction, object to certain processing, and data portability where it applies. For privacy requests, email info@getonallfloorsltd.co.uk. We will respond within the applicable statutory timeframe.
11. Concerns and Complaints
Please contact us if you have concerns about our use of your information. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
12. Updates
We will review and update this notice when the website, our business processes or legal requirements change. This notice takes effect on 7 November 2026.
